Full yard redesigns. A plot-scale drawing with planting lists, hardscape tie-ins and drainage plans — something you can actually build from.
Sod, seed, perennials, trees, foundation plantings — sourced from CT growers whenever possible. Proper soil amendment and staking included.
Seasonal contracts April through November. Mow, edge, trim, blow — same crew, same day each week. Bagging or mulching, your call.
Hardwood and cedar bulk mulch from Cedar Mountain, delivered and installed. Steel, paver or trench edging cut to proper depth.
We fix standing-water yards. French drains, catch basins, dry wells, re-grading, swales — real civil solutions, not a bag of topsoil and a prayer.
Ornamental pruning, shrub shaping, and small-tree removal. We partner with a licensed arborist for anything over 30 ft or structural work.
All seasonal contracts run April through November (28 weekly visits). Fall cleanup and spring prep are included in the two higher tiers. Commercial properties get custom quotes based on site and frequency.
A yard is a 12-month organism — but it only needs the right thing at the right time. Here's the work we schedule for each season across our maintenance contracts.
Cleanup, dethatching, first mow, pre-emergent crabgrass control, mulch install, bed edging, and planting.
Weekly mow/edge cadence locked in. Summer fertilization, grub control, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs.
Aeration + overseeding, winterizer fertilizer, perennial cutbacks, and final mow. This is when lawns are actually made.
Leaf removal in 2–3 passes. Beds cleaned and winter-mulched. Irrigation blown out. Seasonal contract closes.

For weekly mowing, yes — it lets us lock in a consistent route and pricing. For one-off work (mulch, cleanup, install) no contract, just a quote.
In most cases yes. We start with a grade and soil analysis. Solutions range from surface swales to full French-drain systems — quoted based on what the site actually needs.
Simple repairs and seasonal blow-outs, yes. New installs we partner with a licensed irrigation contractor and coordinate the schedule with planting.
Fall — mid-August through late September is the sweet spot in CT. Cool nights and warm soil give the best germination. Spring seeding works but fights crabgrass season.
On request. We offer an organic-only fertilization track and manual weed control at a premium. Most clients pick a hybrid program.
